How to look at Past

Experience .... your past ... Past ...

Experiences teach us a lot. The key is how we look at the experiences we have. Many times we forget the good experiences but remember the bad ones. Like parents do many things for us every day but many children keep in mind for many years the anger of the mother, the insult done by the father. The good things they did are worth remembering. At such times it takes conscious effort to remember the good things. And you have to use forgetfulness to remember bad experiences. From childhood we are taught to memorize ... memorize addresses, memorize studies, memorize how to speak etc ... Understand the techniques of memorizing in this mess but do not know how to forget it. Some things are automatically forgotten as time goes on, over time and when not needed. Some things we can try and forget. The first step is that whatever has happened is accumulated in our past .... This means that those memories have nothing to do with the present situation or with the present. The past sometimes doesn't let us stay in the present and we talk about things that have happened, think about it, or it would have been better if it had happened, or I didn't want these things to happen in my life, or to blame the past for the current situation. Etc. Basically you should be able to make the assumption that everything that happened in the past happened for my own good. Looking back at the age of 90, you should feel that you have lived a very good life and learn to look positively at the past to get this satisfaction. The second step is to calmly recall what happened in the past that bothered you and teach yourself to think that nothing worse than what I learned and got better. Not all of this can be done right away but if we try in that direction, we can definitely change our thinking which helps us to live happily in the present. Tells a story as an example ...........A man fell into a deep well because he could not see in the dark. Some people took him up ... out .... everyone was talking to him showing sympathy ... now your leg is broken, how can it be? ..... when will your wounds heal .... they are deep .. ..But he is very quiet ... then when the crowd subsided his friend asked ... babare are you in shock? You are not saying anything .... then he said oh well done it was good ... I mean .... oh well there was no water in the well ... if there is water then there is death ... where do I come to swim? .... Now what will heal these wounds in a few days ......Friends, like the above example, if we keep our perspective on what we want to do better from what happened, we can make the present very happy ... Let's think about it and try, of course .......

And let's look at the past only to keep the memories sweet .. ...
